Electric Actuator, Straight Type Electrohydraulic Push Rod, Coal Plow Matching Push Rod
Hydraulic push rods offer the following advantages compared to electric push rods, electric actuators, hydraulic cylinders, and pneumatic cylinders:
1. Features reliable overload automatic protection, allowing the motor to continue operating normally even under overload or at the end of its stroke, without damaging other components. Electric actuators and electric actuators simply cannot compare.
2. Electro-hydraulic actuators can be started under load, whereas it's difficult for electric actuators and electric execution mechanisms.
3. On the same electro-hydraulic push rod, the thrust and pull force can be infinitely adjusted within its rated range, thus offering a broad driving force range, which is not achievable with electric push rods or cylinders.
4. Under the same thrust and speed, the hydraulic push rod consumes half the electrical energy of an electric push rod and electric actuator.
5. The electro-hydraulic push rod uses full hydraulic transmission, offering sensitive operation, smooth running, and effectively reduces external impact forces. It features precise stroke control, which is not achievable with cylinders, electric push rods, or electric actuators.
6. The electro-hydraulic push rod features an integrated, fully enclosed mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic structure. The working oil circuit circulates within a pressure-free, sealed steel cylinder, offering a compact design, no oil leakage, and ease of installation and maintenance. It resists dust and water in harsh environments, prevents internal corrosion, and has a longer service life compared to cylinders, electric push rods, and electric actuators.
7. Low investment required. Pneumatic cylinders necessitate the construction of expensive air compressor stations, with the risk of leaks in air pressure pipes and unstable pressure, as well as high noise levels; hydraulic cylinders require the establishment of a hydraulic station, whereas electro-hydraulic actuators can be used simply by connecting to a power source.
8. Easy to Maintain. In special cases, the electro-hydraulic actuator only requires replacement, whereas the hydraulic cylinder needs to be thoroughly diagnosed for the cause of failure before a detailed repair can be conducted, which affects the smooth operation of the entire work.
Model Description
The hydraulic push rod is primarily composed of six basic elements: the type of push rod, the protection grade of the motor, rated output force, stroke, rated speed, and usage angle. Additionally, according to the special requirements of the user, it can be equipped with three adjustment functions, namely: speed adjustment, push-pull force adjustment, and stroke adjustment (stroke switch positioning). Apart from the three adjustment functions mentioned above, which must be specified in writing during the order, the other elements should be filled out carefully according to the model coding method.
