The bucket gate utilizes an electro-hydraulic push rod, featuring full hydraulic transmission with variable speed adjustment for both thrust and pull. Either manually or through an actuating mechanism, a lever is pushed to rotate the gear, which in turn moves the bucket gate along the axis, causing the two bucket gates to open to the sides, allowing materials to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuating mechanism drives the lever again to reset the bucket gate, closing the cutoff of falling materials.
Usage Instructions
Please note the medium flow direction indicated on the body of the gate when installing the check valve. When connecting the flanges, add a sealing washer and then evenly tighten the bolts. Additionally, when in operation, be sure to identify the opening and closing direction of the gate blade and correctly wire the actuator. It is essential to regularly apply lubricant to all transmission parts during operation to extend the service life of the gate valve. Improper operation can increase the wear of the gate valve.
Usage
