Material Storage Discharge Control Gate
Lip gate valves are suitable for bulk density≤2.5t/m3A variety of ore, coal, coke, slag, chemical products, and other bulk materials, widely used in the bottom discharge of warehouses for construction materials, metallurgy, chemicals, glass, and other industries.
Structural Features:
The palate gate is made of carbon steel welded into a unique structure, offering flexible and reliable operation without jamming. Different drive mechanisms can be used to meet various operational requirements. The electric jaw gate features an electric push rod with overload protection, preventing motor burnout and allowing for remote operation or programmable control; the reciprocating stroke can be adjusted for position locking. The electro-hydraulic jaw gate uses an electro-hydraulic push rod with full hydraulic transmission, enabling stepless speed adjustment for both pushing and pulling forces. The pneumatic jaw gate employs a pneumatic push rod, which can be remotely controlled or locally operated through accessory combinations.SEFFor manual,DEFFor electricYEFFor electrohydraulic operationQEFPneumatic.

Working Principle:
The gate is composed of components such as the main body, sector gate plate, shaft, gears, sealing pairs, and actuator. The gate is manually or actuator-pushed to rotate the sector gate plate around the shaft, causing the two sector gate plates to open to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator moves the lever to reset the sector gate plate, closing off the falling material.
