Scope of Application
Electro-hydraulic flat sliding gates are now widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, and building materials, and are an ideal device for controlling dust material flow.
2. Working Principle: The electro-hydraulic flat gate is mainly composed of a frame, screw nut, handwheel (chain wheel), and gate plate. As the handwheel (chain wheel) rotates, the screw drives the screw nut and gate plate to move horizontally back and forth, achieving the purpose of opening and closing the valve.

The electro-hydraulic flat gate is mainly composed of components such as the frame, gate plate, and electro-hydraulic unit.
4. Structural Features:
Electro-hydraulic flat gate features simple structure, flexible operation, light weight, no jamming, and quick cutting. It is particularly suitable for various solids without viscosity, powders, and particles smaller than Φ 10mm, for conveying and flow regulation of granular materials. Installation is not restricted by angle, operation is convenient, and the opening can be adjusted at any time. The valve comes with two operating modes: handwheel and chainwheel. Type I is the handwheel, and Type II is the chainwheel. There are two structural forms: one-way and two-way. LZD represents one-way and LZS represents two-way.
