Operating Principle:
The machine is composed of several parts including the crushing main unit, cyclone separator, pulse dust collector, and centrifugal fan. Materials are fed into the crushing chamber through a hopper.
The material is crushed through the interaction and collision of the high-speed rotating active cutter disc and the fixed toothed disc, and the fineness of the crushed material can be adjusted by changing the grading impeller of the grading variable speed transmission.
The rotation speed is adjusted to achieve the desired fineness. The faster the classification impeller rotates, the finer the discharged material. The finely crushed material is then processed under the action of rotating centrifugal force and an induced draft fan.
Enter the cyclone separator room, discharge after passing through the fan, dust enters the pulse dust collector, and is filtered through the filter tube for recycling. The machine is designed according to "GMP" standards.
