STQX-6000 Fruit and Vegetable Cleaning Machine
Bubble washing machines use high-pressure bubble water baths to冲击 vegetables and fruits, causing them to flip in the water, effectively separating dirt, impurities, and debris from the surface of the vegetables. The size of the water flow can be controlled; the debris washed off is intercepted by a filter screen, while the clean fruits and vegetables are elevated onto a conveyor belt for the next process, where they are rinsed again. Throughout the operation, the inflow pipe and spray pipe supply water continuously, gradually replacing the wastewater in the water tank.

Features:
1. The machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel and features a chainless stainless steel conveyor belt. Compliant with national food export standards. Operation is simple and does not damage materials.
2. The equipment features a bubble generator, which keeps the material in a rolling state, effectively removing agricultural residues from the product surface. It also allows for the addition of a suitable chemical for disinfection and color fixation. Floating debris can overflow through an overflow slot, while settled particles are discharged through an outlet, achieving the cleaning objective. The auxiliary pool serves as a sedimentation tank, equipped with a pumping system to circulate the main pool's water. Soil and other contaminants are settled and removed by this unit.
