The Vacuum Fried Meat Machine is our company's latest developed equipment for frying beef jerky and beef granules, and it is also one of the more advanced mechanized production equipment in the domestic market.
The meat stirrer cylinder is heated with a Miller jacket, featuring a 60mm insulation layer. The cylinder plate thickness and temperature probe are fitted with a wireless installation type (comes with a wireless receiver temperature control gauge, with high-temperature alarm signal). The steam inlet valve uses a direct-acting solenoid valve, controlled by the temperature control gauge.
