CMSR/CMXR - Smooth PTFE Coated Steel Wire Braided Rubber Hoses

Inner Layer: PTFE white, smooth; black PTFE (conductive) also available upon request.

Enhanced Layer: High-tensile stainless steel wire woven mesh.

Outer Layer: Blue EPDM rubber (with black conductive PTFE tube, the outer layer is black antistatic EPDM rubber).

Operating Temperature: -40℃ to 150℃.

Application Fields: Internally smooth PTFE hoses with wide operating temperature ranges and low permeability, inert to almost all chemicals and solvents. Ideal for food, cosmetic, and beverage applications, as well as for the conveyance of corrosive chemical fluids. The smooth hoses are easy to clean, and the outer rubber provides additional protection.

Hose Certification: Raw materials meet FDA and USP VI standards, free of phthalate components.
