YZG Cylindrical Vacuum Dryer

Primary Use
Low-temperature drying suitable for thermosensitive materials prone to decomposition, aggregation, or deterioration at high temperatures, widely used in industries such as chemicals, food, and electronics.
Features
The boiling point of the material solution decreases under vacuum, which increases the driving force for heat transfer in the evaporator, allowing for a reduction in the heat transfer surface area for a given heat transfer amount. The heat source for the evaporation process can be low-pressure steam, waste heat steam, or hot water circulation. The evaporator has minimal heat loss, enabling processing before drying. There is no contamination during the drying process, meeting the required standards. Being a static vacuum drier, the shape of the dried material is not damaged.
Principle of Operation
Vacuum drying involves drying the material under vacuum conditions and heating it. If a vacuum pump is used to remove moisture, it accelerates the drying process. Note: If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser; using the SK series water ring vacuum pump or the ZSWJ series hydraulic jet vacuum unit, a condenser is not necessary, saving on investment.
