Ceramic Abrasion-Resistant Pipe, PN10

CAR is a rubber hose embedded with wear-resistant ceramic inserts, primarily used for inhaling or expelling highly abrasive materials. It is also suitable for suction and discharge of abrasives, dust, particles, sand, gravel, cement, and powders.

Hose Structure:

Inner Layer: Black natural rubber embedded with wear-resistant ceramic pieces.

Reinforcement Layer: High-strength fiber woven mesh and double helix steel wire.

Outer layer: Wavy flexible design, black NBR rubber that is wear and aging-resistant.

Operating Temperature:

-30°C to 80°C.

Application Fields:

Handle high-abrasive materials. Used for suction and discharge of abrasives, dust, particles, sand, gravel, cement, and powder, etc.
