PHS-Heavy Duty Fuel Extraction Tube PN20

PHS is a heavy-duty fuel exhaust and suction tube, made of black flame-retardant antistatic rubber with high wear and aging resistance. It is suitable for transporting and suctioning oil and fuel with up to 50% aromatic content. It can also be used for oil and fuel transportation on offshore platforms and ports. Compliant with EN1825E specifications, it is suitable for ground refueling of aircraft.

Hose Structure:

Inner Layer: Black smooth NBR antistatic rubber (R<10 Ω/m).

Reinforcement Layer: High-tensile fiber woven mesh and double helix steel wire, with embedded double copper wires for grounding.

Outer Layer: Flat black flame-retardant antistatic rubber (R < 10 Ω/m), wear-resistant and aging-resistant.

Operating Temperature:

-30°C to 80°C.

Application Fields:

Suitable for the transport and suction of oils and fuels with a benzene content up to 50%. Also applicable for the transfer of oils and fuels at offshore platforms and harbors. Compliant with EN1825E requirements, suitable for aircraft ground refueling.
