SFPU - Smooth PTFE Steel Coated Tape with PU Sheath

Inner Layer: Smooth, semi-transparent PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene).

Enhanced Layer: High-tensile stainless steel wire woven mesh.

Outer layer: Smooth PU, available in custom colors such as black, red, blue, and transparent (please specify color in order notes).

Operating Temperature: -40°C to +120°C.

Application Areas: High-pressure PTFE hoses, featuring a smooth PTFE inner layer and a polyurethane outer layer for enhanced cleanliness and wear resistance, low permeability, and inertness to almost all chemicals and solvents. This hose is an ideal choice for food, cosmetic, and beverage applications, conveyance of adhesive media (such as paints and adhesives), transfer of corrosive chemical fluids, and high-temperature hydraulic or pneumatic applications. The PU sheath provides a clean, smooth outer surface to protect the stainless steel wire reinforcement from wear and contamination.
