Inner Layer: Smooth, semi-transparent PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene).

Enhanced Layer: High-strength stainless steel wire woven mesh.

Outer Layer: Smooth silicone, available in custom colors such as red, blue, white, yellow, etc. (Please specify the color in the order notes).

Operating Temperature: -60°C to +200°C.

Application Fields: High-pressure PTFE hoses with a smooth PTFE inner layer and a silicone protective outer layer offer superior cleanliness and drainage. They feature a wide operating temperature range, low permeability, and inertness to almost all chemicals and solvents. Ideal for food, cosmetic, and beverage applications, conveying viscous media (such as paints and adhesives), transporting corrosive chemical fluids, and high-temperature hydraulic or pneumatic applications. The outer silicone-coated protective layer makes the hose smoother and cleaner, while also protecting the stainless steel wire reinforcement from punctures, wear, and contamination risks.

Standard Approval: Raw materials comply with FDA and USPVI requirements, free of phthalate components.
