Applications
Croflex® Low-Wave PTFE Rubber Hoses are suitable for various fields including chemical, food, cosmetics, perfumes, and new energy. They can transport and suck a variety of substances such as concentrated acids and alkalis, chemical solvents, pigments, perfumes, and food materials. The outer layer is coated with EPDM rubber for wear and aging resistance, protecting the inner hose and preventing wire from cutting hands. The PTFE is flanged on the joint sealing surface to prevent corrosion risk of materials other than PTFE. The middle layer features a spiral wire encircling the PTFE hose wave, effectively preventing collapse and enhancing the negative pressure resistance at high temperatures. RXSR resistance R≦1MΩ is suitable for large flow transmission of high resistive fluids to prevent charge accumulation risk, with a black conductive outer rubber layer. Not suitable for melting alkali metals and halogens at high temperatures.

Croflex® Smooth-Wave PTFE Silicone Hoses, compliant with FDA food and USP VI grade requirements, are coated with EPDM rubber for abrasion and aging resistance, protecting the inner tube and preventing wire from cutting hands. The PTFE is flanged on the joint sealing surface to prevent corrosion risks from materials other than PTFE. The middle spiral wire encircles the PTFE hose's wave pattern, effectively preventing collapse and enhancing negative pressure resistance at high temperatures. The smooth wave has minimal impact on flow, is easier to drain and clean, and is suitable for conveying and suction of clean materials. Croflex® hoses are heat and corrosion resistant, with reinforced PTFE providing greater impermeability, extending service life.
