Applications

Croflex® Low-Wave PTFE Silicone Hoses are suitable for various fields including chemicals, food, cosmetics, semiconductors, and new energy. They can transport and suction a variety of substances, including concentrated acids and alkalis, chemical solvents, pigments, essential oils, and food materials. The outer layer is coated with platinum-sulfur silicone, making them suitable for cleanroom environments. The PTFE is flanged on the joint sealing surface to prevent corrosion risks to materials other than PTFE. The middle layer features a spiral steel wire around the PTFE hose's corrugations, effectively preventing collapse and enhancing negative pressure resistance at high temperatures. RXSL resistance R≦1MΩ is ideal for high-flow transmission of high-resistive fluids, preventing charge buildup risks. The specially designed semi-transparent silicone layer allows for monitoring the hose condition. Not suitable for molten alkali metals and halogens under high temperatures.

Croflex® hoses are heat and corrosion-resistant, with reinforced PTFE for enhanced permeation resistance, extending service life. PTFE can be flanged on the joint sealing surface to prevent corrosion risks to materials outside of PTFE. A stainless steel braid and spiral wire encase the PTFE hose's low-wave section, effectively preventing collapse and enhancing positive and negative pressure resistance at high temperatures.
