Applications

Croflex® low-profile PTFE steel braided pipes feature enhanced thickness, suitable for a wide range of industries including oil, chemical, food, cosmetics, semiconductor, and new energy. They can transport and pump various substances such as potassium hydroxide, chemical solvents, pigments, fragrances, and food materials. The PTFE can be flanged on the sealing surface of the joints to prevent corrosion risks to materials other than PTFE. The middle spiral steel wire encircles the PTFE hose's corrugations, effectively preventing collapse and enhancing negative pressure resistance at high temperatures. RXS resistance R≦1MΩ is ideal for high-flow transmission of high-resistive fluids to prevent charge buildup risks. Not suitable for molten alkali metals and halogens at high temperatures.
Product Advantages: Availability
Croflex® PTFE hoses with a shallow wavy design meet FDA and USP VI grade requirements, reinforced with spiral steel wire and stainless steel braiding. The shallow waves have minimal impact on flow, are easier to drain and clean, and are suitable for conveying and suction of clean materials. The Croflex® hoses are heat-resistant and highly corrosion-resistant, with thicker PTFE providing enhanced permeation resistance, extending service life. The PTFE can be turned over at the joint sealing surface to prevent corrosion risks from materials other than PTFE. The middle spiral steel wire encircles the PTFE hose waves, effectively preventing collapse and enhancing negative pressure resistance at high temperatures.
