FCS - Food Steam Pipe

The FCS Food Steam Hose is a food-grade synthetic rubber hose suitable for hot water and steam cleaning in food factories, as well as for conveying various food materials.

Product Structure:

Inner layer: White, smooth food-grade synthetic rubber, compliant with FDA and free from plasticizers.

Reinforcing Layer: High-strength fiber weave.

Outer layer: Blue oil-resistant and aging-resistant synthetic rubber.

Operating Temperature:

-30℃ to 100℃ Water at 20 bar, 165°C Steam at 6 bar.

Application Fields:

Hot and steam cleaning for food factories, also suitable for conveying various food materials.

Hose Certification:

FDA, phthalate-free.
