Based on the principle of dynamic and static pressure lubrication, a high-pressure system is used during start-up, low speed, and parking, while a low-pressure system is utilized during normal operation to ensure reliable lubrication for large machinery at various speeds, thereby extending the main engine's lifespan.
The two high-pressure output pipelines at the thin oil station both have a pressure of 31.5MPa, with flow rates of 2.5L/min each. The low-pressure section has a pressure of 0.4MPa and a flow rate of 16-100L/min. The thin oil station is equipped with filtration, cooling, heating facilities, as well as interlock, alarm, and automatic control functions.
The product's performance parameters and dimensions should comply with the specifications in the table and illustrations; this unit is a complete set consisting of an oil station, instrument panel, and electrical control cabinet (which can be controlled by a PLC).
