Overview
Xuzhou Jinshuai Mine Equipment Co., Ltd., drawing on advanced technology from home and abroad as well as years of experience in manufacturing belt conveyor protection devices, has independently developed a new type of high-efficiency passive hydraulic alignment device. It is widely used in belt conveyor systems in industries such as metallurgy, mining, power, construction materials, and coal, and is an ideal equipment for preventing and correcting belt deviation.
II. Features
The hydraulic alignment device acts on the upper and lower idler supports, actively adjusting the angle of the alignment idler when the belt drifts. This corrects the belt, not only saving the stand roller from damaging the belt edge by friction but also rapidly correcting the belt. It automatically detects and corrects drift, ensuring the belt runs in a reasonable state. It has an excellent adjustment effect on belt drift caused by improper installation of the belt conveyor, malfunctioning operation, material impact, load changes, and uneven elongation rates between belt cross-sections.
This unit generates hydraulic power through the frictional rotation of belts and detecting wheels, hence it requires no power supply. It features automatic adjustment and calibration, with the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance, and easy installation.
The device features a fully enclosed structure, allowing it to operate normally under any harsh conditions.
III. Working Principle
The device consists of a power output unit composed of a detection wheel and an oil pump, a logic valve, and an oil cylinder, which then connects to the correction roller架.
When the belt runs centrally, it does not touch the two detection wheels on either side, which is normal operation. If the belt runs to the left, activate the left power output device. The actuator adjusts the position of the bias correction roller based on the logic valve to generate reverse thrust, pushing the belt to the center. Conversely, if the belt runs to the right, activate the right power output device. The actuator adjusts the bias correction roller position based on the logic valve to produce reverse thrust, pushing the belt to the center.
Note:
1. This centering roller is of the DTⅡ or TD75 type. If there is a significant difference from the centering roller, please send a diagram of the centering roller bracket for clarification.
2. Standard crown roller groove angle is typically 30-35 degrees, with flat crown rollers for non-standard applications. Please specify if not.
3. Entries 1-6 should be filled with numerical values representing the material specifications of the component, such as ∠6.3, [12.6], which stands for 6.3 angle steel and 12.6 channel.
