KT-Z1604T-RL The support platform of this probe stage is 55*55mm Stainless steel countertop, capable of heating up to a maximum of 400°C. Features a vacuum cavity design with an air intake and vacuum release port.

The probe arm features X/Y/Z axis movement, allowing precise positioning adjustments in all three directions under vacuum conditions. The adjustment range for the X direction is 0-40mm; for the Y direction, it is 0-25mm.

Z-axis adjustment range: 0-25mm; users can adjust according to their needs. During use, fix the device to be tested on the heating platform, and then fine-tune the probe bracket's X/Y/Z axis travel.

Upon microscopic observation and alignment of the probe to the detection point, testing can be conducted.
