Applications
Medium-walled corrugated PTFE steel braided pipe with helical steel Convoflex® series, the middle helical steel wire encircles the corrugated part of the PTFE hose, effectively preventing collapse and enhancing the ability to withstand negative pressure at high temperatures. Food-grade material, large flow design, easy internal drainage and cleaning, withstanding both high and low temperatures, and strong corrosion resistance. The thickened PTFE enhances permeability resistance and extends service life, suitable for conveying various chemical liquids. Ideal for flipping the PTFE flange to the sealing surface of the joint to achieve a full PTFE fluid contact surface, preventing corrosion risks to materials other than PTFE. CXS resistance R≦106Ω.

Convoflex® Series medium corrugated PTFE tubes, with an outer polypropylene braid mesh protection, meet food-grade requirements, feature a high-flow design, and are easy to drain and clean internally. They are highly resistant to corrosion and have enhanced permeability resistance, suitable for transporting and suctioning chlorides. They are ideal for rolling PTFE to the sealing face of the joint to achieve a full PTFE fluid contact surface, preventing corrosion risks from materials to substances other than PTFE. The outer polypropylene braid mesh has a wider corrosion resistance range than metal braid mesh, lower thermal conductivity, and is gentle on hands and the internal PTFE tube. CXB resistance R≦106Ω.
