ECB - Conductive Woven PTFE Teflon Tubing

Inner Layer: Black Conductive PTFE Corrugated Tube, R ≤ 1MΩ (FDA/USP Class VI)
Outer Layer: 304SS Stainless Steel Woven Mesh
Operating Temperature: -60°C to +260°C
Applications
The ECB is particularly suitable for high-flow transmission of high-resistive fluids, to prevent the risk of charge buildup.
Ideal for conveying compressed air, gases, steam, fuels, oil, chemicals, and food products, especially suitable for injection molding machines, thermal oil systems, low-temperature gas filling pipelines, compressor exhaust lines, steam pipelines in the automotive and food industries, as well as for the conveyance of solvents, pigments, and paints. Hydraulic piping in ship power transmission systems and general-purpose mechanical piping systems. Not suitable for molten alkali metals and halogens at high temperatures.
Product Advantages: Availability
Black conductive PTFE composite material large flow rate shallow corrugated PTFE Teflon tube, reinforced with stainless steel woven mesh, heat and corrosion resistant, easy fluid passage, bend-resistant, fatigue-resistant. Suitable for various industrial fittings, standard hydraulic fittings and sleeves, easy for crimp assembly.
