CXB - Medium Wavy Conductive PTFE Teflon Steel Braided Tube
Inner Layer: Seamless Conductive Black PTFE Corrugated Tube R≤106Ω (Thickened)
Outer Layer: 304SS Stainless Steel Woven Mesh; Operating Temperature: -70℃ to +260℃
Applications
Convoflex® PTFE thickness is moderate, suitable for the transportation and suction of concentrated acids and alkalis, solvents, pigments, fragrances, and paints in oil, chemical, and food & household product factories. Particularly suited for sealing surfaces by rolling PTFE over joints to prevent corrosion risks from materials other than PTFE. Also applicable to injection molding machines, heat transfer oil systems, low-temperature gas filling pipelines, and steam pipes in the food industry. Not suitable for molten alkali metals and halogens under high temperatures. CXB resistance R≦106Ω is suitable for large flow transmission of high resistive fluids to prevent charge accumulation risks.
Product Advantages: Availability
Medium corrugated PTFE steel braided pipes Convoflex® series, food-grade material, high flow design, easy to drain and clean internally, withstanding high and low temperatures, highly corrosion-resistant, thickened PTFE enhances permeation resistance and extends service life, suitable for conveying various chemical liquids. Ideal for rolling PTFE to the sealing surface of the joints to achieve a full PTFE fluid contact surface, preventing corrosion risks to materials other than PTFE. CXB resistance R≦106Ω.
