Application Scenario:
Thermosyphon waste heat boiler manufacturers apply to organic heat carrier furnaces, boilers, kilns, calcining furnaces, smelting furnaces, etc., for the recovery of waste heat from industrial exhaust gases. The flue gas temperature is around 300°C to 500°C. By using a thermosyphon waste heat boiler, the flue gas temperature can be reduced to about 200°C. The recovered flue gas waste heat produces low-pressure steam (<2.6MPa), which is used for production or domestic purposes by the thermosyphon waste heat boiler manufacturers, saving energy consumption and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
