Application Scenario:
The heat pipe generator manufacturer states that this product is applied for waste heat recovery in organic heat carrier furnaces, boilers, kilns, calcining furnaces, smelting furnaces, and other industrial exhaust gases. The flue gas temperature is around 300℃ to 500°C. By using the heat pipe waste heat evaporator boiler, the flue gas temperature can be reduced to about 200°C. The recovered flue gas waste heat produces low-pressure steam (<2.6MPa), which is used for production or domestic steam by the heat pipe generator manufacturer, saving energy consumption and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
