Application:
This product is a high-performance general-purpose antioxidant from the amines category, with particularly outstanding resistance to ozone aging and cracking. It is the main variety with the longest history of use in the series of para-phenylenediamine antioxidants. It also offers excellent protection against heat, oxygen, and light aging, and has the function to inhibit the catalytic aging of harmful metals like copper and manganese. Suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubbers such as styrene butadiene, isoprene, and nitrile. Primarily used for rubber products that withstand dynamic and static applications during use, it can also be applied to deep industrial rubber products like wires, cables, hoses, and seals. This product has significantly improved resistance to water extraction and is suitable for rubber products in hot and rainy regions. As an upgraded product of 4010NA, it has enhanced resistance to color change, improved the speed of dispersion uniformity, and increased mixing efficiency.
