Product Description:
Most wood processing enterprises currently use kiln-dried wood, with many manufacturers believing that the wood is sufficiently dried and proceeds directly to production. However, cracks, protrusions, and peeling paint have emerged, which are generally considered unexpected. The root cause is usually uneven moisture content. Despite manufacturers trying various methods such as carbonization, hardening, and wax injection, the issue cannot be resolved at its core. What problems must be solved at the root?
1. Strictly control the raw material intake; dried wood is not considered dried material. It must be tested for compliance before entering the workshop, and if it doesn't meet standards, it must undergo secondary drying.
2. Strictly control semi-finished products, as they absorb moisture from the air during production, especially in humid air, during the summer months with high humidity and the plum rain season, when wood tends to absorb a lot of moisture. Additionally, during processing, gaps between boards are glued using adhesive with 40% moisture content, which can lead to phenomena such as warping, bursting, and wave-like patterns. Therefore, semi-finished products must be preserved before sanding and painting.
3. To cater to the market, our company has developed two types of secondary drying equipment. One is an intelligent far-infrared electric energy drying box, and the other is a vacuum high-frequency drying equipment.
Advantages:
Multi-band automatic temperature control, high-temperature alarm, humidification, dehumidification, timer on/off.
B. Quick heating, even heat distribution, low energy loss, easy assembly/disassembly, and convenient mobility.
C. Dual fuel (oil/gas) for both day and night use; low cost with night-time valley electricity; cost-effective during daylight hours with oil/gas combustion; environmentally friendly and practical; computer numerical control for labor-saving and efficiency.
D. The air-source heat pump is safe and environmentally friendly, absorbing heat from the air efficiently, saving up to 70% compared to traditional methods, several times more.
E. Vacuum high-frequency secondary drying equipment is particularly suitable for thick, hard, large-section square timbers (which require a long time with conventional drying methods), as well as precious woods such as rosewood, huanghuali, and chicken wing wood.
