Product Introduction:
Most wood processing enterprises currently use dried wood, with many manufacturers believing that the wood has been properly dried and proceed directly to production without further treatment. The result is the occurrence of cracking, warping, and chipping of paint, which are generally unexpected. The root cause is often attributed to uneven moisture content. Despite various attempts like carbonization, hardening, and wax injection, these methods fail to address the issue fundamentally. What problems must be solved at the root?
We strictly control the raw material intake. Wood that has been dried is not considered dried wood. It must be tested for compliance before entering the workshop, and if it does not meet standards, it must undergo secondary drying.
2. Strictly control semi-finished products, as they absorb moisture from the air during production, especially in humid air, during the summer months with high humidity, the plum rain season, where wood tends to absorb a lot of moisture, and has a high water content. Additionally, during the processing, gaps in the boards are glued with adhesive containing 40% moisture, which is prone to bulging, bursting, and wave-like phenomena. Therefore, semi-finished products must be cured before sanding and painting.
3. To cater to the market, our company has developed two types of secondary drying equipment. One is an intelligent far-infrared electric energy drying box, and the other is a vacuum high-frequency drying equipment.
Advantages:
Multi-band automatic temperature control, high-temperature alarm, humidification, dehumidification, timed on/off.
B. Fast heating, even heat distribution, low heat loss, easy to assemble/disassemble, and convenient for movement.
C. Dual fuel (oil/gas) system; uses flat rate electricity at night, low cost; burns oil/gas during the day, low cost; environmentally friendly and practical; computer numerical control for labor-saving and efficiency.
D. The air-source heat pump is safe and environmentally friendly, absorbing heat from the air efficiently, saving up to 70% compared to traditional methods, several times more.
E. Vacuum high-frequency secondary drying equipment is particularly suitable for thick, hard, large-section square timbers (which require a long time with conventional drying methods), precious woods such as rosewood, huanghuali, and ziwan.
