Product Description:
Most wood processing enterprises now use dried wood, with most manufacturers assuming the wood is dry and proceeding directly to production. Products are then directly released. However, issues like cracking, warping, and peeling paint have emerged, which are generally not expected. The root cause is often uneven moisture content. Many manufacturers have tried various methods such as carbonization, hardening, and wax injection, yet the problem is not fundamentally resolved. What problems must be tackled at their source?
We strictly control the raw material intake. Wood that has been dried is not considered dried wood. It must be tested for compliance before entering the workshop, and if it does not meet standards, it must be re-dried.
2. Strictly control the semi-finished product quality. During the production process, absorb moisture from the air, especially in humid air, during summer when humidity is high, during the plum rain season, as wood tends to absorb moisture and has higher moisture content. Moreover, during the processing, glue with 40% moisture content is used to bond the gaps in the boards, which leads to high moisture levels, causing phenomena like bulging, bursting, and wave-like patterns. Therefore, semi-finished products must be preserved before sanding and painting.
3. In response to the market, our company has developed two types of secondary drying equipment. One is an intelligent far-infrared electric energy drying box, and the other is a vacuum high-frequency drying equipment.
Advantages:
A. Multi-band automatic temperature control, high-temperature alarm, humidification, dehumidification, timed on/off.
B. Fast heating, even heat distribution, low heat loss, easy to assemble and disassemble, and convenient for movement.
C. Dual-fuel (oil/gas) with night-time use of off-peak electricity, cost-effective; burns oil/gas during the day, also cost-effective; environmentally friendly and practical; computer numerical control for labor-saving and efficiency.
D. Air-source heat pumps are safe and environmentally friendly, absorbing 70% of the heat from the air, several times more efficient than traditional methods.
E. Vacuum high-frequency secondary drying equipment is particularly suitable for thick, hard, large-section square timbers (which require a long time with conventional drying methods), as well as valuable woods such as rosewood, huanghuali, and chicken wing wood.
