Product Description:
Most wood processing enterprises now use dried wood, with many manufacturers believing that the wood is sufficiently dried and proceed directly to production. Products are then manufactured without delay. However, issues such as cracking, warping, and peeling have arisen, which are generally not expected. The root cause is often uneven moisture content. Many factories have tried various methods like carbonization, hardening, and wax injection, yet they still cannot solve the problem at its source. What problem must be tackled from the ground up?
We rigorously control the incoming materials. Wood that has been dried is not considered dried wood. It must undergo a quality check upon entering the workshop. If it doesn't meet the standards, it must be re-dried.
2. Strictly control semi-finished products, as they absorb moisture from the air during production, especially in humid air conditions, during the summer months with high humidity, the plum rain season, where wood tends to absorb a lot of moisture, and has a higher water content. Additionally, during the processing, gaps in the boards are glued with adhesive containing 40% moisture, which is prone to bulging, bursting, and wavy patterns. Therefore, semi-finished products must be cured before sanding and painting.
3. To cater to the market, our company has developed two types of secondary drying equipment. One is an intelligent far-infrared electric energy drying box, and the other is a vacuum high-frequency drying device.
Advantages:
Multi-band automatic temperature control, high-temperature alarm, humidification, dehumidification, timer on/off.
B. Fast heating, even heat distribution, low heat loss, easy assembly and disassembly, and convenient mobility.
C. Dual-purpose for oil (gas) and electricity, using valley electricity at night with low cost, burning oil (gas) during the day with low cost, environmentally friendly and practical, CNC controlled, labor-saving, and efficient.
D. Air-source heat pumps are safe and environmentally friendly, absorbing 70% of the heat energy from the air, several times more efficient than traditional methods.
E. Vacuum high-frequency secondary drying equipment is particularly suitable for thick, hard, large-section square timbers (which require a long time with conventional drying methods), as well as valuable woods such as rosewood, huanghuali, and chicken wing wood.
