


Product Introduction
The JLM.JLK series of specialized wood drying equipment (hot air/steam) can dry wood of various tree species, sizes, and uses, offering benefits such as high efficiency and energy saving, safety and reliability, short cycles, high quality, and low costs. It is widely used in wood processing enterprises and is particularly suitable for companies exporting wooden products. During normal operation, the fuel burns completely in the combustion chamber, producing high-temperature air via the heat exchange system. This high-temperature air is then circulated through a controlled piping system to the drying chamber for wood drying. Additionally, the steam generation system produces a large amount of atmospheric steam, which is delivered to the drying chamber through a controlled piping system according to the drying process requirements for steam-vapor conditioning. Saturated steam can quickly equalize the moisture content inside and outside the wood, thus relieving the residual stress in the wood. Furthermore, for solid and thick wood, our company's pressure intermittent heating drying process can be employed, solving issues like internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation during drying, greatly improving the yield of finished wood products. Moreover, it is equipped with a heat recovery system, which maximizes the reduction of heat loss due to moisture discharge, significantly lowering drying costs and shortening the drying cycle. When the moisture content of the wood is below 15%, all insects and eggs inside the wood can be completely killed after 6-8 hours of high-temperature dry steaming.
Control Systems and Features:
The JLM.JLK series drying equipment features adjustable combustion aids inside the combustion chamber, adjustable control devices at the beginning of the chimney, adjustable steam jet devices at the beginning of the air duct, and is equipped with an automatic temperature display instrument and a moisture content sensor. With these configurations, operators can control and monitor the temperature and humidity inside the drying chamber according to the drying process requirements, achieving maximum wood drying efficiency.
The control system can be fully automatic or manually operated. In large ovens, top-mounted and side-mounted exhaust fans can be installed according to customer requirements to further enhance the flow of indoor hot air.
