
Product Introduction
The JLM.JLK series of wood-specific hot air (steam) drying equipment can dry wood of various species, sizes, and purposes. It boasts high efficiency, energy saving, safety, reliability, short cycles, high quality, and low costs. Widely used in wood processing enterprises, it is particularly suitable for companies exporting wood products. During normal operation, the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, generating high-temperature air through the heat exchange system. Under the action of the circulating fan, the high-temperature air is transported through the control pipeline system to the drying room for drying the wood. Simultaneously, the steam generation system produces a large amount of atmospheric steam, which is sent into the drying room through the control pipeline system according to the drying process requirements for spraying and humidifying treatment. The saturated steam can make the moisture content inside and outside the wood consistent in a short time, thereby releasing the residual stress in the wood. Moreover, for solid and thick wood, our company's pressure intermittent heating drying process can be used, which solves the defects such as internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation that occur during the drying process, greatly improving the yield of finished wood products. Additionally, it is equipped with a secondary heat utilization system, which maximizes the reduction of heat loss caused by moisture removal, significantly lowering drying costs and shortening the drying cycle. When the moisture content of the wood is below 15%, all insects and eggs within the wood can be completely killed after 6-8 hours of high-temperature dry steam treatment.
Control Systems and Features:
The JLM.JLK series drying equipment is equipped with adjustable combustion assistance in the combustion chamber, a tunable control device at the beginning of the chimney, a tunable steam injection device at the beginning of the air duct, and comes with an automatic temperature display instrument and a humidity detection meter. With these configurations, operators can control and monitor the temperature and humidity inside the drying chamber according to the drying process requirements, achieving maximum drying of wood.
The control system can be fully automated or manually controlled. In large ovens, top-mounted and side-mounted circulation fans can be added according to customer requirements to further enhance the flow of indoor hot air.
Dual-fuel (wood and electric) drying equipment features:
Multi-band automatic temperature control, high-temperature alarm, humidification, dehumidification, timed on/off, suitable for secondary drying of wood, balancing wood moisture content.
