Product Description:
The JLM.JLK series of wood-specific hot air (steam) drying equipment can dry wood of various species, sizes, and purposes, featuring high efficiency, energy saving, safety, reliability, short cycles, high quality, and low costs. It is widely used in various wood processing enterprises, particularly suitable for wood product export companies. During normal operation, the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, generating high-temperature air by the heat exchange system. Under the action of the circulating fan, the high-temperature air flow is sent through the controlled pipeline system to the drying room to dry the wood. Meanwhile, the steam generation system produces a large amount of atmospheric steam, which is sent into the drying room through the controlled pipeline system according to the drying process requirements, for the wood to be steamed and humidified. The saturated steam can make the moisture inside and outside the wood consistent in a short time, thereby releasing the residual stress in the wood. Additionally, for solid and thick wood, our company's unique pressure intermittent heating drying process can be adopted to completely solve the defects such as internal cracking, end cracking, and deformation that occur during the drying process, significantly improving the yield of finished wood products. Moreover, it is equipped with a secondary heat utilization system, which maximizes the reduction of heat energy loss caused by moisture discharge, significantly lowers the drying cost, and shortens the drying cycle. When the moisture content of the wood is below 15%, all insects and eggs residing in the wood can be completely killed after 6-8 hours of high-temperature dry steam.
Control Systems and Features:
The JLM.JLK series of drying equipment features adjustable combustion chamber combustion assist devices, adjustable control devices at the chimney inlet, adjustable steam spray devices at the air duct inlet, and is equipped with an automatic temperature display instrument and a humidity detection meter. With these configurations, operators can control and monitor the temperature and humidity inside the drying chamber according to the drying process requirements, to maximize the drying of wood. The control system can be fully automatic or manually controlled. In large drying rooms, top-mounted and side-mounted circulating fans can be installed according to customer specifications to further enhance the flow of hot air inside the room.
