


Product Introduction
The JLM.JLK series of wood-specific hot air (steam) drying equipment can dry wood of various species, sizes, and purposes. It boasts high efficiency, energy saving, safety, reliability, short cycles, high quality, and low costs. It is widely used in various wood processing enterprises, particularly suitable for wood product export companies. During normal operation, the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, generating high-temperature air through the heat exchange system. This high-temperature air is then circulated by the fan through controlled piping systems to the drying chamber for wood drying. Simultaneously, the steam generation system produces a large amount of atmospheric steam, which is sent into the drying chamber through controlled piping systems according to the drying process requirements for steam injection and moisture adjustment. The saturated steam can quickly equalize the moisture content inside and outside the wood, thereby releasing residual stresses. Additionally, for solid and thick wood, our company's pressure intermittent heating drying process can be used, which solves internal cracking, end cracking, deformation, and other defects during the drying process, significantly improving the yield of finished wood products. Moreover, it is equipped with a secondary heat utilization system, which maximizes the reduction of heat loss caused by moisture removal, significantly lowering drying costs and shortening the drying cycle. After 6-8 hours of high-temperature dry steam treatment when the wood moisture content is below 15%, all wood-boring insects and eggs can be completely killed.
Control Systems and Features:
The JLM.JLK series drying equipment features adjustable combustion assistance in the combustion chamber, adjustable control devices at the beginning of the chimney, adjustable steam jet devices at the start of the air duct, and is equipped with an automatic temperature display instrument and a humidity detection device. With these configurations, operators can control and monitor the temperature and humidity inside the drying chamber according to the drying process requirements, achieving maximum drying of wood.
The control system can be fully automatic or manually controlled. In large ovens, top-mounted and side-mounted exhaust fans can be installed upon customer request to further enhance the circulation of hot air inside.
