




Product Description:
The Belt Dryer is mainly composed of the intake unit, exhaust unit, recirculation air unit, conveyor belt, heating system, feeder, transmission mechanism, and control system. Materials are evenly spread on the conveyor belt by a spreader machine. The belt is made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel (or carbon steel) wire mesh, which is driven by the transmission device to move inside the dryer. The drying section consists of several units. Hot air passes through the material layer by the fan, completing the heat exchange process with the material. The gas with high moisture content is exhausted by the exhaust fan.

Each controllable unit features an independent fresh air supply outlet, heater, circulation fan, duct filter, and exhaust outlet.
4. Heaters and circulating fans are positioned at the bottom of the machine, with quick-opening doors on both sides for easy cleaning and maintenance.
5. Utilizing a reasonable inclined air guide plate, ensuring even air distribution across the conveyor belt, minimizing temperature differences, and facilitating easier cleaning of the material.
6. The machine uses rock wool insulation for excellent sealing, ensuring an environmentally friendly, hygienic, and safe working environment.
7. The lower conveyor belt of the machine is designed with an inclined surface for easy collection and cleaning of materials.
