Product Introduction:
The Golden Dragon Vacuum High-Frequency Drying Equipment is a state-of-the-art wood drying machine, consisting of two main parts: a vacuum vessel and a high-frequency cabinet. It uses electricity as its heat source and is fully automated with computer control for automatic management. The output power of the high-frequency cabinet ranges from 30 to 50 kW. During the drying process, the vacuum pump starts first, quickly removing the surface moisture of the wood and expelling it outside the vessel. Simultaneously, the vessel achieves a pressure of -7 to -8 atmospheres. The heating system then automatically activates, with high-frequency waves rapidly moving within the wood, generating heat through friction. This results in even heating from the inside out and vice versa. The vacuum and heating systems operate in an automatic cycle until the wood's moisture content reaches an acceptable level. This equipment demonstrates significant effectiveness for hardwoods over 5 cm thick.
Vacuum wax injection equipment technology, as the name implies, involves placing wood into wax that is in a vacuum state. The wood is fully immersed in the wax liquid, where, during the heating process under vacuum, the melting and boiling points of the wax are reduced, and a pressure difference is formed. This pressure difference facilitates the easy diffusion and extraction of gases and residual moisture from the wood, even extracting some of its natural oils. Simultaneously, the wax gradually penetrates into the wood's pores. This process not only promotes the release of the wood's natural oils but also further seals the wood's pores, shaping the wood. Moreover, modern equipment is used for automatic temperature and pressure control, maintaining consistent temperature and vacuum levels for safety and stability.
After waxing, the wood surface is sealed, reducing its sensitivity to air humidity and temperature. The wood's expansion and contraction is significantly minimized, altering the physical properties of common wood that deform in overly dry or humid environments. It boasts excellent anti-expansion properties. Particularly for large pieces of redwood furniture, the processing period is long, with some taking up to or exceeding a year. It can effectively prevent structural components from deforming during the production process.
Vacuum High-Frequency Drying Equipment Features:
1. Rapidly heats wood, significantly accelerating the drying speed.
2. Even heating, high quality, preserves the natural color of the wood.
3. Wood low-temperature vaporization, less prone to cracking.
4. Low energy consumption, high efficiency, and sufficient heat exchange.
5. Smart and controllable; simple operation.
6. Effectively kills insects and pathogens within the wood.
8. Wood is stable and resists moisture and warping.
7. Add wax pool and vacuum wax injection.
9. After being processed through the waxing equipment, furniture is completely free from the issue of not leaving expansion joints. The mortise and tenon joints can be securely glued using the existing adhesives.
10. Furniture is resistant to hot water on the surface (furniture treated with ordinary lacquer will leave water stains when a hot cup is placed on it).
11. The original wax content of the wood has been minimally lost, enhancing the mechanical properties of the wood while slightly reducing its original flexibility.
Vacuum High-Frequency Drying Equipment Application Scope:
Ideal for drying and waxing thick, hard, large-section square timbers (which require a long time with conventional drying methods), such as valuable woods like rosewood, huanghuali, red sandalwood, and mahogany, as well as for the secondary drying of moisture-reverted small batch timbers.
