The XY-44A Core Drilling Rig is a core drilling equipment primarily using diamond and hard alloy drilling, mainly suitable for geological, metallurgical, coal, hydrological, and engineering industries. It can also be used for engineering geological exploration, shallow oil and mining drilling, mine tunnel ventilation, drainage, hydrological well drilling, and construction of large-diameter foundation piles.

1. The drilling machine features a wide range of speed levels (12 forward and 2 reverse speeds) and a reasonable speed range. It offers high low-speed torque, up to 8000 N.m, making it suitable for alloy and diamond core drilling, as well as for engineering geological surveys, hydrological well drilling, and foundation pile construction.
2. Large bore diameter (93mm), dual hydraulic cylinders for feed, long stroke (up to 600mm), highly adaptable in processing, especially suitable for larger diameter drill rod core retrieval (upper core retrieval) drilling, which is beneficial to improve drilling efficiency.
3. Equipped with the Tsinghua万里扬6T46 transmission, this model is widely compatible with truck models such as Foton, JAC, Kaima, and Wuxing. Technically mature, with stable quality, strong overload capacity, and nationwide service stations and parts availability.
4. Disc spring clamping, hydraulic cylinder release, and three-jaw automatic centering hydraulic chuck.
5. The hydraulic system is equipped with a gear oil pump for supply, featuring simple installation, ease of use, low power consumption, and low hydraulic system oil temperature for stable operation. A hand-cranked oil pump is also installed in the system, allowing for the extraction of tools from the hole even when the power unit is inoperable.
6. Power options include the FAW Yuchai 4110 (81 kW) naturally aspirated engine, and the Guangxi Yuchai 4110 (105 kW) turbocharged engine available.
7. Drilling machine with low center of gravity, long relocation distance (460mm), firm fixation, and good stability during high-speed drilling.
8. Equipped with vibration-proof instruments, it is beneficial to grasp the situation inside the hole. Fewer handles for operation, with flexible control.
