The dual-water and air drill series is a self-developed well drilling equipment by our company, integrating water and air drilling functions (National Invention Patent: ZL201510479602.4). It employs a 525 automotive transmission, doubling the transmission efficiency over hydraulic systems and reducing power consumption by 35%, making it more efficient and energy-saving. It solves the problems of difficult drilling in soil layers, low construction efficiency of rotary drills in hard rock, gravel, and cobblestone layers.

Drilling Rig Key Features:

1. Drilling machines have a speed range of 33-1120 rpm and an output torque of 9800 N.m.

2. The drilling rig features a long-travel, high-speed mechanism and a mechanical power head with a stroke of 2300MM, designed to enhance drilling efficiency and reduce the occurrence of drilling blockages and burnouts.

3. The drilling rig is equipped with a dual-联 oil pump for feeding, using a single pump during drilling and a combined flow of dual pumps when lowering the drill. It has low power loss and short auxiliary time.
