The dual-water and air drilling series is a self-developed well boring equipment by our company that integrates both water and air drilling functions (National Invention Patent: ZL201510479602.4). It employs a 525 automotive transmission, doubling the transmission efficiency over hydraulic systems and reducing power consumption by 35%, making it more efficient and energy-saving. It solves the difficulties of low drilling efficiency in soil layers, hard rock strata, and cobblestone layers for rotary drills.

Drilling Rig Key Features:

1. The drilling machine offers a speed range of 33-1120 rpm and outputs a high torque of 9800 N.m.

2. Drilling machines are equipped with long-travel variable-speed mechanisms and mechanical power heads, with a power head stroke of 2300mm. This design is intended to enhance drilling efficiency and reduce incidents of drilling jamming and burning.

3. The drilling rig uses a dual-联 oil pump for oil supply. It uses a single pump for drilling and a combined dual pump for hoisting the drill. It has minimal power loss and short auxiliary time.
