The Mechanical Top Drive series drilling rigs are a self-developed water well drilling equipment that integrates both water and air drilling functions (National Invention Patent: ZL201510479602.4). The rigs feature a car-grade 525 transmission box with sensitive and convenient gear shifting, doubling the transmission efficiency compared to hydraulic transmission and reducing power consumption by 35%, making them more efficient and energy-saving. They solve the difficulties of low drilling efficiency in soil layers, hard rock strata, and cobblestone layers, as well as the low construction efficiency of rotary drills.

Drilling Rig Key Features:

1. The drilling machine offers a speed range of up to 27-901 rpm, with a high output torque of 10,500 N.m.
2. The drilling machine features a long-stroke, high-speed mechanism and a mechanical power head with a stroke of 3,500mm, designed to enhance drilling efficiency and reduce occurrences of drill jamming and burning accidents.
3. The drilling rig is equipped with a dual-联 oil pump for feeding, using a single pump for drilling and a combined dual pump for hoisting the drill. It has low power loss and short auxiliary time.
4. Equipped with a caterpillar undercarriage, the hydraulic cylinder stroke of the support legs is 1.5m, allowing for automatic loading onto trucks, making relocation and transportation convenient.
5. The drilling machine is equipped with pre-set functional interfaces in the mechanical and hydraulic systems, allowing for functional expansion according to different users' process requirements.
