The JY series fully hydraulic core drill rig from Jilong is a machine developed by our company based on the advanced technology of similar drilling rigs from both domestic and international markets.
1. The drilling machine is equipped with full hydraulic drive, a floating spindle, and a 3-meter drill rod.
2. The drilling machine offers two mechanical gears and infinite speed adjustment, with a maximum torque of up to 3500 N.m.
3. Driven by an axial plunger pump and bevel plunger motor.
4. Equipped with a powered head lateral sliding mechanism, the mast is raised and lowered by hydraulic cylinders for overall sliding, allowing for drilling within a 45-90° range.

The JY series full-hydraulic core drilling rig by Jilong is a newly developed drill developed on the basis of advanced technologies from similar drills domestically and internationally. It is mainly suitable for drilling in solid ore deposits and can also be used for engineering geology, shallow oil drilling, groundwater drilling, and engineering drilling for tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting. The drill is powered by full hydraulic drive, with the power head rotation driven by an axial piston pump and an inclined shaft piston motor, featuring mechanical two gears and variable speed control, and an advanced structure. The power head utilizes an oil cylinder chain speed multiplier mechanism for smooth and reliable movement, equipped with a power head lateral sliding mechanism. The mast can be raised and lowered by oil cylinders for overall sliding, enabling drilling within a 45-90° range. The hydraulic system employs load-sensitive control, offering high work efficiency and large torque. The drill is equipped with hydraulic wood-horse clamps, hydraulic leveling legs, and telescopic masts for quick positioning. It is configured with a wireless remote-controlled crawler, suitable for various terrains, allowing for safe distance control of the drill's crawling movement to prevent sudden hazards.
