A new type of water tank made by applying HSC series porcelain enamel as both base and surface glaze on δ2-δ5 steel plates, which are then assembled after firing. The porcelain layer offers a mechanical impact strength 4-5 times higher than that of common domestic porcelain ware, and it is resistant to acids and alkalis, as well as impermeable and leak-proof, representing a new technique for water tank corrosion prevention.
Enamelware glazed with natural minerals like quartz, feldspar, and fluorite, which are non-toxic, odorless, and pure; good water quality. The sheets are made of high-quality carbon steel, processed into standard panels, and then fired at 930°C, allowing molecules to interpenetrate and bond, resulting in durability. Easy to store and install in various spaces, expandable or replaceable with ease; on-site assembly with convenient construction.
Wide application range, widely used in water supply systems of various industries with high cost-performance ratio, offering quality and affordability. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, institutions, residential buildings, hotels, restaurants, and other structures as potable water, fire protection water, or storage facilities for food and sanitation.
The water tank foundation can be constructed using concrete beam slabs or steel structural foundations. The tank top is equipped with an air-permeable air filter device, with specifications and parameters determined by the manufacturer in accordance with the import size and corresponding standards and regulations. If the tank's technical specifications or orientation do not suit the actual use, the designer will propose the correct solution based on the actual needs.
Fulfilling the water tank full water test, having undergone 24 hours of meticulous inspection, adjustment, and no leakage observed, ensuring the tank's excellent performance.
