If the consignee is an individual:

Please provide the recipient's ID card and a certificate issued by the location of the ID card. The certificate must include the following seven major pieces of information: confirmation of the individual's identity, the ticket number, departure station, shipper, recipient, number of pieces, product name, and weight.

If the consignee is the legal representative of a unit or company, they must bring the company's business license copy, a letter of introduction from the company, and the consignee's ID card. The letter of introduction must also include the 7 major information points of the goods. In case the receipt is lost or not yet received, any issues will be borne by the unit or company.

If the consignee is an organization or company:

Please provide the consignee's ID card and a letter of introduction from their company. The letter must include the 7 major pieces of information about the goods mentioned above. In case the pick-up certificate is lost or not yet received, any issues will be borne by the issuing unit or company.
