2. Clarify the responsibilities of the shipper and carrier; Shipper's responsibilities
The goods delivered by the shipper must comply with the laws, regulations, and all transportation regulations of AIR CHINA, as well as those of the originating, transit, and destination countries.
Ⅱ. The shipper shall independently handle all necessary procedures for the import, export, and transshipment of goods, including customs clearance, quarantine, and any other requirements by relevant departments.
III. The shipper is responsible for providing documents and information related to the transportation and is accountable for the accuracy and completeness of the provided documents and information.
Handle international freight transportation. The carrier's liability limit is $20 per kilogram gross weight or equivalent currency. If the shipper requests a higher liability limit, a declared value must be provided for the goods, and an additional fee for declared value delivery must be paid.
