The high-speed disperser's serrated circular dispersing disc rotates rapidly within the container to achieve solid-liquid dispersion, wetting, disintegration, and stabilization, creating a rolling annular flow of the slurry, generating strong vortices, and causing particles on the slurry surface to spiral down to the bottom of the vortex. A turbulent zone forms at the edge of the dispersing disc between 2.5-5mm, where the slurry and particles experience intense shearing and impact. Outside this zone, two upstream and downstream streams are formed, allowing for full circulation and turnover of the slurry. Below the dispersing disc, a laminar flow is present, with layers of slurry of different velocities diffusing into each other, thereby achieving dispersion. The high-speed disperser features hydraulic lifting, 360-degree rotation, and variable speed control. It can accommodate 2-4 containers simultaneously, with a hydraulic lifting stroke of 1000mm and a 360-degree rotation function, which better meets the need for multi-functional use. It can quickly switch between different vessels, greatly improving work efficiency and reducing manual labor intensity.
