
I. Product Overview:
The JH-TCQ-□(D) series toxic gas detectors (hereinafter referred to as detectors) are an intelligent model developed by our company that can simultaneously output 4-20mA current signals and RS485 signals while displaying them in real-time. This product boasts high stability, accuracy, and intelligence. The detector is primarily used in environments with toxic and harmful gases, displaying the concentration of the gas being tested. When the concentration of a gas being tested in the field exceeds the set alarm value, the detector's built-in two sets of passive switches activate, allowing for the联动 of external devices such as sound and light alarms, ventilation, and valve closure. The detector is designed in accordance with the current national standards "GB3836.1-2010 Explosive Atmospheres, Part 1: Equipment General Requirements" and "GB3836.2-2010 Explosive Atmospheres, Part 2: Equipment Protected by a Flameproof Enclosure 'd'" and has passed the audit of the explosion-proof safety inspection station for instruments and meters.

(3) Plug-and-play sensor design, with various sensor components, enables detection of different gas objects, offering convenient on-site troubleshooting and easy maintenance.
(4) Supports both RS485 and 4-20mA communication methods, offering enhanced compatibility.
(5) The detector features automatic recognition and display capabilities for over-concentration, sensor short circuit, and open circuit faults.
(6) No calibration required for sensor replacement; intelligent digital sensor component technology, excellent stability, and strong anti-interference capability.
(7) Infrared remote control design; calibration of the detector can be completed without opening the cover on-site, and features a rear cover wiring design.
(8) Equipped with 2 sets of passive switch outputs, capable of connecting external sound and light alarm devices to expand sound and light alarm functions.
