Shenzhen ZhongNuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the calibration, verification, and metrological services of gas detectors, combustible gas detectors, and toxic gas detection instruments for various locations. We hold qualifications to serve nationwide, addressing clients' electrical safety and explosion-proof fire prevention issues, and contributing to safe production.
GB 12358-2024 "General Technical Requirements for Environmental Gas Detection and Alarm Instruments in Workplaces" is an important standard,
Intended to standardize the performance, functions, and testing methods of environmental gas detection alarm instruments used in work场所.
The standard was issued in 1990 and has undergone several revisions.
The new version is GB 12358—2024, which will be officially implemented on June 1, 2025.
This standard applies to the production and use of detection and alarm instruments for flammable gases, toxic and harmful gases, and oxygen in workplaces.
Power-on inspection
Upon powering on the instrument, it should operate normally with clear and complete display sections. Check the alarm function and alarm trigger values.
Alarm function and alarm action value verification
The instrument's acoustic and light alarm should be normal. Insulation resistance
Insulation resistance for instruments using AC power should not be less than 20MΩ.
Gas Standard Material
We use gas standard substances of the same type as the measured gas by the instrument, such as methane or ethane, or alternative substances like isopropanol can be used. If the instrument does not specify the type of gas being measured, the concentration of the gas at the set point for alarms, such as methane, ethane, or other gases, is approximately 60% of the full scale. The expanded uncertainty of the standard gas generating gas is not more than % (k-uncertainty for gas standard substances greater than ±1%). The flow indication error of the repetitive dilution device should not be greater than 0.%. The concentration unit of the gas standard substance should be converted to match the measuring unit of the tested instrument when in use, and the deviation should not exceed 0.%.
Measurement Equipment Control
Instrument control includes calibration, follow-up calibration, and in-service inspection.
Shenzhen Zhongnuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd. is a third-party institution providing regular certification, metrological testing, and calibration services for electrical safety, electrical explosion-proofing, gas detectors, and toxic and harmful gas alarm instruments. We are qualified to address fire and explosion prevention issues for our clients.
