Equipment Features
Bulk bottles enter the ultrasonic cleaning tank through a bottle feeding funnel, after approximately 30-80 seconds of ultrasonic cleaning, they are transported to the lifting sprocket by an infeed screw and clamped onto a large drum by a robot arm. The bottle is then flipped 180 degrees with the mouth facing down and follows the drum's clockwise rotation. At the bottom of the large drum, there are six spray nozzles equipped with pins that insert into the bottle to perform a secondary cycle of water, a single cycle of compressed air, a single cycle of fresh water, and then a second cycle of purified compressed air for washing. Simultaneously, the bottle is also washed externally with water and steam. This completes the bottle cleaning process. After washing, the robot arm right-stands the bottle (mouth up) and then sends it through a sprocket to the tunnel oven. The bottle washer controls its production capacity through variable frequency speed control; it also manages the timing and coordination of each washing process step through PLC programming and adjustment.
