Step-by-Step Process for Decorative Concrete Installation
Trowel finish treatment on concrete surface: Apply 1cm of cement slurry before the concrete surface starts to set, then use a hand trowel to evenly spread and level the mortar on the surface, followed by texturing the surface.
2. Apply hardening material: Evenly spread 2/3 of the specified hardening agent on the concrete surface during the initial setting stage, using a hand iron board to level and finish the surface after the hardening material absorbs moisture. Once the hardening material has reached a certain stage of initial setting, proceed with a second application by spreading the remaining 1/3 material to level and finish the surface.
3. Leveling and Finishing Hardening Materials: Perform at least three manual iron plate leveling and finishing operations based on the concrete hardening condition, with the finishing operations to be staggered.
4. Apply release agent: During a certain initial setting stage of the hardening material, uniformly sprinkle a layer of release agent that matches the hardening material over its surface when it is dry and free of moisture.
5. Mold patterns with a press, ensuring the mold remains flat and stationary. The pattern must be formed in one go without re-pressing.
6. Accommodate various design styles, textures, and colors, including interplay of multiple colors.
