Steel has been quenched. Operation steps: 1. First, check for any defects in the machine during transportation, and ensure the charger and hopper are fully configured. 2. Motor assembly: Compatible with 220V and 380V motors. A high-speed 2.2-3 kW motor is required for thicker mushroom bags, with a larger motor for more power. The motor shaft should be equipped with a 70mm diameter single groove belt pulley, Type A, with a 1150 belt. Install the motor and belt according to the installation requirements, ensuring parallelism. Connect the national standard 4 square copper-core wire and make sure it's securely fastened. 3. Remove the charger. Remove the hopper and assemble it according to the screw positions on the machine. 4. Locate the charging port at the bottom of the body, insert one end of the charger. Plug the other end into the power source. Keep the charger plugged in during operation, ensuring the electromagnet is powered on. 5. Machine operation steps: The machine cannot run empty; it must be filled with material in the hopper to function properly. First, turn on the motor switch, then pull out the baffle to the distance required for bagging. After stepping on the foot pedal, place the bag and release the foot, then turn on the counting switch to discharge the material. Do not panic, wait for the machine to stop after the mushroom bags are properly bagged, then step on the foot pedal again. The bags will fall naturally. Do not release the foot, then bag -- release foot -- discharge -- step on foot pedal -- drop bag. Repeat this cycle.
